This group of youngsters was performing yesterday (as I suspect they do every weekend) on the Lenin square - that's right, just a little distance away from the statue of the Russian communist leader! Vietnam keeps surprising me in the many, many ways it's modernizing itself!
I never get tired of Trúc Bạch Lake; this was taken at... 3am last night. I decided to go on a short motorbike trip to the flower market at its peak hour and enjoyed the quietness of the city on the way there, something we're not really used to having in the daytime!
