As I understand it, the carts were introduced (donated?) by the Germans (doner kebabs are a legacy of the Turkish immigrant population in Germany). The kebab sandwiches in VN have of course been Vietnamized with marinated shredded carrot etc. I love them!; May 16, 2009 4:22 AM
