Ever since the French came to Indochina in the 50's, they didn't know that they had transferred the "baguette" technology to VietNam. Now the Vietnamese-made "baguettes" can rival the best "baguettes" you can find in the best bakeries in Paris. Of course, not all "baguettes" are the same, but these are the better ones despite the difference in shapes.
