Found this engraved bell in the Bút Tháp pagoda; my poor vietnamese skills only allow me to decipher 'Chùa Bút Tháp' (Bút Tháp pagoda), 'thành phố Hạ Long' (Halong city) and 'Tỉnh Quảng Ninh' (Quảng Ninh province). Yeah I know, I really oughta take some more lessons! Someone help me?

basically the engraved said: below are the names of the sincere budhist followers that donate the bell to the pagoda.and then after that is the list of names with the address, that's where you see quang ninh province and such
Additional notes: all donors are women (middle name of "Thi",) the first one lives on Tran Hung Dao street, the second from Ha-Long and the others are from Quang Ninh. Obviously, But Thap pagoda is visited by many from other cities.
