When Paris meets Hà Nội, well... You get this. A mix of Haussmann-ish top with a shophouse-like bottom; quite surprising at first, I must say.
Then again, they build châteaux in Beijing - so why not?

Heehee, this melange is common here in Metro Manila too. Both in average and luxury homes.
Townhouses (what they're called here, rather than apartments) with commercial spaces in high-traffic streets are sold at a premium.
