Some street shops really are super-specialized; proof to this point, this color painting powders shop. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to buy one of those plastic bags, but I sure know I will be dropping by again to get temporarily blind-sighted by this extravagant display!

Great pic. My son would have a field day in there. Wonderful colours.
Its like "holi" in Northern part of India.... where they spray colours at each other ......

It reminds me of finger-painting in first grade as child. The teacher set out special slick papers at our tables, then put a blob of viscous starch in the middle of each, then went around to each student and let us choose from several colors of powdered paint. When selected, a small heap was placed on the starch blob. When everyone had their colors, we were allowed to begin, at first tentatively, to mix the powder into the starch, and then smear it all over the paper surface with our hands. Finally, we experimented making pictures using different moves and impressions with our fingers and palms. It was great fun! I haven't seen powdered paint since then, so you brought back a nice memory. 8^)
Paint powder? Cool! I'd love to get my hands on those. Lovely colors!
