I was roaming around when I noticed this lovely back alley, where two bikes can't actually fit at the same time.
Made me realize that publishing photos on this blog makes me discover the city under a totally new angle, and I must say I'm quite liking it so far! I hope you're enjoying it as much as I am.

My first time to your site, I like your photos. I will be back.
Thanks Jim! I'll come back on your site as well, reminds me of when I was traveling to Texas to visit my relatives there.
Absolutely delighted that you have taken up doing a daily photo of one of my favourite cities .. we visited Christmas 2004 and my two teenagers Anna & Josh really came alive here .. keep at it .. ciao Jeremy
This alley is fascinating - so many dimensions to the view.
Jeremy- The hats are wonderful here. I like your posts - - fascinating. I am rediscovering my city and getting acquainted with digital photog at the same time. It's a challenge sometimes finding the pictures I want to share and researching some subjects that grab my curiosity but somehow I keep finding the time.

Hey Jeremy, thanks! It must indeed have been quite a thrill for your teenagers to discover Hanoi; I can't wait for my little brothers to come visit me so that they can experience that as well!
Elaine, I like your Hotel Van shot a lot! I'm a sucker for blue skies.
Slim, I definitely agree with you; it's consuming a lot of my time right now to take the right shot - I'm a beginner at photography and I am only starting to discover the city.. But I love every bit of it so far.
Chouette compo, avec au bout de la ruelle un mannequin dans sa vitrine (qui n'a, j'espère, rien à voir avec celles d'Amsterdam).
Merci Jonas; rien a voir avec Amsterdam en effet, je confirme!
My cousin recommended this blog and she was totally right keep up the fantastic work!
